Founder & CEO
Emmanuel Jackson is the Founder & CEO of Evanston Technology Partners (ETP), a Black-owned technology firm headquartered in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. Since founding ETP in 2019, he has led the company's expansion across two continents — signing MOUs with Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Ghana, and building partnerships with the Botswana Innovation Hub and Simnet Canada.

Einstein Makuyana leads the technical vision and architecture of Evanston's AI agent platform. With deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and autonomous systems, he ensures every solution meets enterprise-grade standards across ETP's global deployments.

Lucas Herbert Mungondo leads ETP's operations in Mozambique as National Director of ETP, LDA. Based in Maputo, he manages government and enterprise relationships, oversees local project delivery, and drives ETP's mission of digital transformation across Southern Africa.
